Karen Marie Vanoni is the founder and master colorist behind Karen Marie Salon, bringing over 20 years of experience to her craft. She’s known for creating beautiful, natural-looking hair color tailored to each guest’s features and lifestyle. Karen’s vision for the salon emphasizes a relaxed yet professional environment where stylists can thrive creatively without the constraints of corporate culture. She also champions eco-friendly, sustainable practices in both salon operations and product choices.
Karen Marie Vanoni- Master Colorist & Owner
Jessica comes from a family of barbers and hairdressers and graduated from Pivot Point International in 2007, laying a strong technical foundation in precision cutting and styling. She draws inspiration from Kevin Murphy’s innovative approach and specializes in natural balayage and texture, baby fine highlights, and easy-to-style men’s cuts. Jessica is also the salon’s extension expert, working with Dreamcatchers micro bead extensions. Outside the salon, she enjoys painting, collecting antiques, and exploring interior design.
Jessica Rose (Jessica McClanahan Dexter) — Stylist & Extension Specialist
Kelly brings a creative, globe-inspired approach to cutting and styling. With training that includes inspiration from Vidal Sassoon and international competition experience representing the United States at OMC Hair World, she blends classic technique with contemporary flair. Kelly specializes in precision and creative haircuts, often incorporating subtle, artistic twists on classic looks to create styles that feel both fresh and wearable.
Kelly Jost — Stylist
A seasoned stylist and Tennessee transplant, Meg has over seven years of experience in cutting, styling, and texture work. She is Aveda-trained and skilled across a range of techniques from men’s and women’s cuts to razor cutting, curated layering, blunt bobs, curly texture work, and dramatic volume blowouts. Meg brings a design-focused eye to every session, tailoring each service to enhance a guest’s natural texture and lifestyle.
Meg Thomas — Stylist- Colorist
Joanna is known for her technical precision and creativity, with a deep understanding of shape, texture, and dimensional color. Her training included foundational work with Toni & Guy and experience as a L’Oréal Professionnel educator, shaping the artistry and discipline she brings to every service. Joanna excels at treating hair as a unique canvas, seamlessly balancing cut and color to enhance each guest’s features.
