To provide you with the best service, we require a credit card to hold all appointments and a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you miss an appointment or do not notify us in time, you will be charged 50% of the service amount. Arriving late will also incur a 50% charge due to its impact on our other guests and stylists. Appointments canceled within the cancellation period that have a deposit will remain as a credit on account. If you would like a refund please contact the salon. The software does not provide automatic refunds.
