The logo wall has been created from early 20TH CENTURY DOORS and moulding taken from a Brownstone rehab in Logan Square. The original CONCRETE SLAB was exposed to reduce flooring materials. The reception area features a 1950's COURT BENCH and reCovered ROUGHT IRON FURNITURE.

Toilet tank is furnished with NO LEAK LOW FLOW pump system for water conservation. CFL bulbs have replaced incandescent bulbs wherever possible. Modern THERMOSTAT and HEAT REFLECTING BLINDS help conserve cooling costs. ENERGY STAR rated appliances.
OPERATING WASTE reduction. All OFFICE PAPER is 100% recycled and is reused for scratch, digital PDF's and emails are used as much as possible. We have leased a 5 YARD RECYCLING DUMPSTER for use of the entire building. We MULCH our coffee grounds. We offer REUSABLE CLOTH HAND TOWELS for the bathroom. We only use NON TOXIC CLEANING SUPPLIES & DETERGENT. Coffee and water are served with REUSABLE CERAMIC & GLASS cups. All kitchen utensils and dishes are reusable. Coffee is locally roasted and is FAIR TRADE & ORGANIC. Human hair has been donated to MATTER OF TRUST. FILTERED WATER is served from a Brita pitcher.
